Shortlisted Entries of “Colorful World” International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition Make Debut at Foire de Paris 2024

Fine paintings at Beijing culture themed exhibition showcase Beijing’s ancient and modern image

The “Souffle d'Orient” Chinese culture themed exhibition celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations is taking place at Foire de Paris 2024 from May 1 till 12. A total of 18 shortlisted entries of the “Colorful World” International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition are featured at the “Souffle d'Orient” Beijing culture themed exhibition, showcasing Beijing’s ancient and modern image to French visitors and those from other parts of the world. Over 50 people from Chinese and French think tanks, media, and cultural circles attend the event.

Founded in 1904, Foire de Paris is a long-running, prestigious comprehensive exhibition with global influence. The 12-day exhibition will welcome more than 3,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries and regions. The “Souffle d'Orient” Beijing culture themed exhibition is co-hosted by the Information Office of Beijing Municipality and China International Communications Group, with the support of the BPAFFC.
