Nepal Promotion Conference on Culture, Food and Investment Held in Beijing

On May 9th, the “Beauty Beyond Infinity--Nepal Promotion Conference on Culture, Food and Investment”was organized by Nepal Embassy in China and China World Peace Foundation in Beijing.

On May 9th, the “Beauty Beyond Infinity--Nepal Promotion Conference on Culture, Food and Investment”was held in Beijing. Mr. Leela Mani Paudyal, H.E. Excellency Ambassador of Nepal to China  made his speech. 

H.E. Excellency Ambassador of Nepal to China Mr. Leela Mani Paudyal said, he is pleased to see the continuous success made by China on its way forward to progress. China’s development represents a opportunity for Nepal and is highly relevant to the global economy and peaceful development. He also pointed out that Nepal enjoys large natural resources and demographic dividend and is a attractive investment destination. Besides, China is the second largest trading partner and the second largest source of foreign tourist. We will launch activities of year of“Visit Nepal 2020”, hoping that more and more Chinese can visit Nepal.

We designed and launched “An Atlas of Cultural Interactions along the Silk Roads” and Youth International Photo Contest well received in the international community, which provides concrete solutions for sustainable development, protection of intangible cultural heritages, technologies breakthrough and economic development of cities of different countries. We hope the diplomatic envoys and friends from all walks of life attending today’s event can jointly participate in those projects.”

Users can use the database to trace the source, producer and other relevant information of the commodity, so as to realize the transparency of commodity’s source and transactions and information sharing, which helps more enterprises to carry out the “Bring in, Go global” strategy for traceable commodity and promote bilateral trade. Located in the southern foot of the Himalayas, Nepal serves as a bridge of communications between China and other countries in the South Asia. China Traceability is willing to help Nepali enterprises establish traceability system for their products and provide the Nepali users with an open and transparent traceability query platform for transaction data analysis and data service through the “Belt and Road” Traceable Commodity Database to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
