Secretary-General of the Walk the World Wide Federation Mr. Kontos Attended the Thematic Forum on People-to-People Connectivity of the Belt and Road Forum to Tell Walking Stories

On April 25, the Thematic Forum on People-to-People Connectivity of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Focused on the theme of “promoting people-to-people connectivity, discussing people's livelihood cooperation, and creating a better life”, it summarized the achievements of the Belt and Road construction in the field of people-to-people connectivity and drew up the blueprint for key development in the future. 
　　At the thematic forums, the representatives of ordinary people from countries along the Belt and Road shared their touching stories about people-to-people connectivity. Invited by Beijing NGO, Mr. Kontos, executive vice president of the Greek China Association and Secretary General of the Walk the World Wide Federation, took the stage as a guest in the story-sharing segment to tell about his experience with the Belt and Road. 
　　After the forum, Mr. Kontos visited the Beijing Baogui Stone Art and had in-depth exchanges and discussion with Zhang Xiaoyang, director of Beijing Baogui Stone Art during his visit. Then he and his delegation visited the Baoli Theater and exchanged information on the methods of “going out and coming in" of drama culture between China and Greece with Ms. Li Dan, deputy supervisor of Beijing Chicpia International Cultural Development Co., Ltd. The two sides reached a preliminary intention on cultural exchanges and cooperation.
