BPAFFC Delegation Attends 2nd China Denmark Regions and Cities Forum in Denmark

A delegation co-organized by the Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (the BPAFFC) and the Beijing Association for Science and Technology (BAST) attended the 2nd China Denmark Regions and Cities Forum in Denmark from November 19 to 23, 2018. Over 300 guests from China and Denmark attended this forum that was co-hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the Danish Embassy to China, City of Aarhus and Central Denmark Region.  The forum theme was “Working Together for an Innovative, Healthy and Sustainable Future Under the Framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.”

The BPAFFC delegation delivered speeches titled Green Design Promotes the Realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Main Works in Digital Agriculture at relevant sub-forums with the aim to boost Beijing’s foreign scientific and technological exchanges. The speeches received positive responses from audiences.

This visit improved mutual understanding between Beijing and Danish enterprises and laid a good foundation for further practical cooperation between them.
