On February 29, Executive Vice President Zhang Qian of the BPAFFC met with Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl, Vice President of Austria-China Friendship Association, accompanied by BPAFFC Vice President Wang Yanxia.
This was Dr. Irena’s second visit to Beijing in four months. Ms. Zhang gave her a warm welcome and appreciated her and her Association’s efforts over the years in promoting Sino-Austrian friendship, exchange and cooperation in culture and youth development. The two sides exchanged views on how to enhance mutual understanding and trust between the Chinese and Austrian people through people-to-people exchanges in the fields of culture, art and youth.
