In autumn of 2017, Cuban embassy officials joined the “Blossoming in Spring, Harvesting in Autumn” activity organized by the Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (the BPAFFC). They visited Konruns, a pharmaceutical company based at Miyun Economic Development Zone, and were impressed by the company’s world-leading biomedical technology. Konruns expressed hope to cooperate with Cuban pharmaceutical companies to jointly develop and sell medicine in China.
On January 19, 2018, Konruns representative and the head of the Beijing office of a Cuban biopharma company talked about their cooperation possibilities.
