Under the support of the BPAFFC and the Vereniging Nederland-China Rotterdam Branch, Adank Boaz, the first deputy mayor of Breda, led a delegation to the Beijing International Studies University (BISU). The BISU President Ji Jinbiao met with the delegation.
The delegation visited the Digital Culture and Tourism Laboratory of the China Culture & Tourism Industry Institute at the BISU to learn about its study of leisure tourism and the nighttime economy in China through big data, as well as exchange ideas on the teaching of tourism management and the Breda Photo Festival in the Netherlands.
Both the delegation and the university agree that China and the Netherlands have complementary advantages and a good foundation for further cooperation in more areas. They hope to strengthen communication and cooperation through teacher and student exchanges and other forms of academic collaborations.
