On April 22, Gao Shuangjin, vice president of the BPAFFC, met with the Okayama Residents Friendship Delegation of Japan led by Hiroko Katayama, president of the Okayama Japan-China Friendship Association.
Gao Shuangjin welcomed the delegation to Beijing, reviewed the friendly exchanges between the two associations and presented the BPAFFC’s 2019 plan of exchanges with Japan. He expressed a willingness to maintain friendly communications with the Okayama Japan-China Friendship Association and study the feasibility of cooperation in senior care and medical services.
Hiroko Katayama said the trip provided the opportunity to experience Beijing’s history and modern development. She hoped to have closer ties with the BPAFFC and jointly work to strengthen the friendship between the peoples of China and Japan.
The delegation visited Beijing on the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Luoyang.
